This presentation will discuss efforts to capture the rich cultural heritage of the Pullman neighborhood in Chicago using images and historical demographic data. How does a cultural heritage collection (which includes images, sound files, realia, census and other demographic data, etc.) ‘tease out’ all of the hidden connections in disparate sources to bring the history of Pullman to life?
